Nooooooooo!!!

Rodriguez meets with Michigan

If he goes to Michigan, it could possibly be lights out for the Big Ten. I see him bringing a new style of play to the Michigan organization which I've always said is exactly what Michigan needed. Their program was old and needed a fresh start. I had RR as one of the Top 5 coaches that Michigan would approach, but I counted him out later because I thought he had signed a monster contract with WVU at the beginning of the season. However, as we have learned, coaching promises don't mean anything. Especially when an opportunity for a school like Michigan has come up. I still believe that Michigan football is the best coaching job in the country, maybe second only to USC.
But I wonder if RR's success is from having great players, or as I like to call it, the "Phil Jackson Scenario." WVU was up and coming, but until Pat White and Steve Slaton started to develop, they were still not contenders for the BCS. However, without a great coach, its hard to make great players. In the end, this is great for Michigan, sad for West Virginia, and terrible for Ohio State.
